What i Learned from this course

First of all i would like to thank my teachers because they made as realized for great problem which risk all the humanity in the world. I learned that all causes (global warming) by the human them self and day after day they prove that to the world and also i believed that this issue can be solve if we co-operate together. i learned how is the world changed by us. Now i really knew the value of life. i learned that my country is very worried about the global warming and UAE did many action to protect there people and land in same time. in this time i realized that we facing a big problem which challenges the world and it could destroy the humanity.

Indvidual Action

UAE has the first highest CO2 emissions per capita following the UAE become Oman and Kuwait. The Emirate individual felt risk because of global warming and they are now knows the real risk if the CO2 increased and they trying to protect their country and also them self from this issue. The point of this post is to try and make everyone think about how serious this issue.
regarding my action for the global warming , actually i started to worry when I drove my car and i spent a lot of time thinking about how can i be active to share the responsibility with the other and trying to fight This Co2 emission and also I am interested to watch the tv news to follow this issue.
in conclusion ,Please don’t think that one person can’t make a difference. There are many ways to do that personally. Trying is the first step

Global warming & UAE

I was interested in how global warming relates to my country so I did some research. In the first article I found at http://library.hct.ac.ae/screens/wam.html i read that this Earth Day, Abu Dhabi schools, with the help of the Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi (EAD) may be making one of the biggest environmental statements the UAE has ever seen, when it comes to Climate Change. To express their commitment to tackling Climate Change at the local level and to save energy, 20 Government and Private Abu Dhabi schools will be switching off the electrical power for 1 hour on that day throughout the school, excluding the administrate offices. In the second article Abu Dhabi and Tokyo shared the view that the international community as a whole - not only industrial countries but also energy supplying countries - should advance a strategy to manage the current global warming trend. In this context, , the Japanese side expressed its intention to promote its cooperation at both government and private levels to formulate appropriate provisions against the global warming.

Temperature rise

On this paragraph I am going to write about one of the most important affect of the global warming. Temperature rise is one of the most important affect because of the global warming. The temperature of the Antarctics southren ocean rose by 0.17 °C (0.31 °F) between the 1950s and the 1980s, nearly twice the rate for the world's oceans as a whole. As well as effects on ecosystems (e.g. by melting sea ice, affecting algae that grow on its underside), warming could reduce the ocean's ability to absorb CO2.
More important for the USA may be the temperature rise in the gulf of Mexico. As hurricanes cross the warm loop current coming up from South America, they can gain great strength in under a day (as did Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Rita in 2005), with water above 85 °F seemingly promoting Category 5 storms. Hurricane season ends in November as the waters cool. This broblom maybe make disaster on the earth and maybe destroys the life of the human and animals.
Time is running , people should understand the risk of global warming. it is the time to take a series design to stop this affect and to find out solutions to fix this problem .

Global WarMing EffectS

There are many affects of global warming risks our life and our environment. One of the most important affect is sea level rise increasing average global temperature, the water in the oceans expands in volume and additional water enters them which had previously been locked up on land in glaciers. Another important effect is Temperature rise in some countries and also temperature decreased in another. For example New York city was very cold in Jan but now it become very hot , on another hand California city become cold. In additional ecosystems is one of the effects, That Many of the species at risk are arctic and Antarctic fauna such as polar bears , emperor penguins, many salt wetland flora and fauna species, and any species that inhabit the low land areas near the sea. Actually there many affects following such as Ecological productivity, Glacier Retreat, Methane release from hydrates Economic and Effects on agriculture.

Green House

There are many reasons leads us to the global warming. One of the most important reasons is Green Houses. The greenhouse effect was discovered by Joseph Fourier in 1824 and was first investigated quantitatively by Svante Arrhenius in 1896. It is the process by which absorption and emission of infrared radiation by atmospheric gases warms a planet's atmosphere and surface.Greenhouse gases create a natural greenhouse effect, without which, mean temperatures on Earth would be an estimated 30 °C (54 °F) lower, so that Earth would be uninhabitable. Thus scientists do not "believe in" or "oppose" the greenhouse effect as such; rather, the debate concerns the net effect of the addition of greenhouse gases, while allowing for associated positive and negative feedback mechanisms
